The L2K Process

First Meeting

During our first meeting, we will:

- Get to know the scope of works & areas of concern

- Suggest ideas (if needed)

- Share with you our portfolio and what we did for other clients that are similar to what you need for your project

- Take note of any preferences and request that you may have

- Address any other areas of

concern that you may have

- Inform you of the estimated timeline for works to be completed


During the proposal process, we will:

- Prepare a quotation for you and follow-up with any queries you may have

- Run through the areas of concerns and how to effectively manage them

- Lias with Building Management and other parties involved (if needed)

- Head down to the project location to clarify important details (if needed)

- Run through the schedule of works with you

Works Commence

While works are in progress, we will:

- Keep you and parties involved notified and updated on the progress of works

- Ensure that the project is going smoothly and that quality of works remain high

- Inform you and the parties involved if there are changes to be made that were unnoticed before the works began (if any)

- Keep you and relevant parties updated daily with progressive pictures of works done that day


During handover, we will:

- Have a run through of all the items that we have done

- Ensure that your Building Management is informed and all outstanding deposits refunded (if needed)

- Send remaining outstanding documents from Government agencies (eg: SCDF) to you (if any)

- Ensure that everything done was satisfactory and all your requests were being met

- We also leave an open channel for you to communicate with us anytime in the future!
